This intra-Court appeal is directed against the interim order dated 11.03.2015 passed in WP 5636 (W) of 2015. The order which is impugned in the writ petition dated February 17, 2015 was stayed by the learned writ Court till disposal of the writ petition by the impugned order dated 11.03.2015. At this juncture we do not propose to interfere with the said order, more so when the appeal though presented in the year 2015 has been listed before this Court for the third time only in the year 2023. For the above reasons, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the appeal and it is open to both the parties to raise all contentions in the pending writ petition.
