Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner's complaint is that while she was effecting construction on her property with loan from Indira Awas Yojona, she was prevented by the private respondents. She was also assaulted.

It appears from the records that FIR No. 570 of 2021 dated 28th November, 2021 has been registered by the Panskura Police Station and investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 447/448/323/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is prima facie evidence of the private respondents' misconduct. Civil proceedings filed by the private respondents against the petitioner have been dismissed and appeal therefrom has also been dismissed.

In view of the above, this Court directs the Panskura Police Station to render necessary assistance to ensure that she is able to effect construction on her property.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
