Petitioners seek bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners is in custody for 202 days. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the doctor recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code treating the petitioner as well as the medical report of the petitioner and that of the victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner that transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to any of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 266 of 2022 is dismissed.
