, The petitioner contends that the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited had erected a pole through the middle of the petitioner's land, being plot no.1549, Mouza Dakkhin Mechogram. The already existing electric pole at the northern side of the land had been removed and installed in the middle of the land.

Learned Advocate for the Distribution Company submits that no additional pole had been erected in the land of the petitioner. The existing pole was erected sometime in 1997. At various times, the petitioner made various contradictory statements with regard to the pole. According to the Distribution Company, some electrical work had been executed within the premises of the respondent no.6, which did not have any connection with the

alleged pole which is existing in the premises of the petitioner.

The petitioner has a grievance and had approached the authorities.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon the Divisional Engineer, West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited to treat the writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, upon hearing the petitioner as also the respondent nos.5 and 6. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. All parties are to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
