Notice dated 5th January, 2021 filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioners explain that they applied for the posts of Home Guard in Murshidabad District and received admit cards dated 1st December, 2020 from the recruiters after the date of PFT and PET test, which is fixed on 16th December, 2020.

The petitioners have not been able to demonstrate before this Court any evidence of having belatedly received the admit cards. There is nothing but a statement of affidavit to this extent. There are no documents in writing or representation or protest registered with the respondents by the petitioners. Counsel for the State submits that the entire interview for PFT and PET test is over and the process of interview is going on and is of final stage. In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in this writ application.

The respondents at their discretion consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and uniformly with every other person without making any exception to these petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
