Earlier on 16.02.2026 this Court was pleased to modify the conditions of bail of 3 accused persons to a certain extent. In the same order, so far as present applicant Rajesh Sardar is concerned, as no documents were produced, the conditions were not modified.

Learned advocate for the CBI is present and the present application also encloses certain attendance being made by the present applicant.

Accordingly, the condition imposed while granting bail on 4th March, 2025 is modified to the extent that, the applicant, namely, Rajesh Sardar will only be physically present on each and every date fixed before the learned Trial court. So far as the other conditions are concerned, they may be treated to have been waived.

Learned advocate for the CBI opposes the application. Having considered the reasons assigned, the conditions so imposed are modified, as such the petitioner/applicant would adhere to the present conditions imposed. Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
