Mr. Arijit Sarkar ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the application has been mistakenly filed before this Court as the same ought to have been filed before the learned Sessions Judge. In view of the same, the petitioner would not like to press this application.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
