1. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

2. Petitioner complains opposite party no.2 misused liberty granted to them. Anticipatory bail was granted by the Sessions Court and the regular bail has been granted by the learned Magistrate.

3. Under such circumstances, we give liberty to approach the Court who granted bail and agitate his grievances before the said forum.

4. With this observation, the application is disposed of.
