A copy of the same is taken on record and made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

It appears from the instructions that a Charge sheet being Maheshtala PS Charge sheet No. 755/2012 dated 29.09.2012, has been filed in respect of Maheshtala Police Station Case No. 162/2010 dated 24.03.2010 under Sections 403/406/408/409/419/420 of the IPC. It further appears that the prayer for arrest proclamation against the accused Sandeep Razdan and Pradyut Bhowmik, has been filed.

The I/C, Maheshtala Police Station, shall effectively and immediately pursue the said prayers and the charge sheet shall be put into committal, as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
