The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and prefer a statutory appeal before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is granted.

If the petitioner prefers statutory appeal within one month from date, learned Appellate Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation.

On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed before this Court upon furnishing photocopies thereof. In view of the above, CRR 335 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
