Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that an appeal has been preferred against the parent order, from which the contempt arises, by the State and an order of stay has been passed in connection with the said appeal.

A server copy of the said stay order passed by the Division Bench is also handed over in court today and the same is kept on record.

In such view of the matter, let the contempt application go out of the list for the present with liberty to the parties to mention for enlistment as and when the appeal is decided either way.
