Learned lawyer for the petitioner has filed a copy of a letter issued to the advocate on record by the petitioner stating that they want to withdraw the case as they have entered into a settlement in respect of the property in this case and are no longer willing to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, the petitioners' prayer for withdrawal of the case is considered and allowed.

The petition is accordingly disposed of being dismissed for non-prosecution.
