Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client wishes to pursue remedies under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C. in respect of the prayers made in the writ petition. He prays for conversion of this writ petition into an application for Section 482 of the Cr. P. C.

In that view of the matter, let WPA 1618 of 2023 stand converted into a criminal revision application. The Registry shall allocate a formal CRR number and place it before the bench taking Criminal Revisional Applications under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C.
