As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Kapil Guha, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of the writ petition to learned advocate appearing for the State.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to a representation which was addressed to the different administrative authorities including the Officer-in-Charge, Technocity Police Station as well as the Officer-in-Charge, Rajarhat Police Station. The said representation was sent on or about 12.01.2023. The contents of the representation are in respect of a playground over which electricity wire was taken which the petitioner apprehends may result in an accident. It has also been represented that the private respondent no.7 and his associates have been trying to create a terror in respect of encroachment over the said property and also threatened the petitioner.

Having considered the nature of the accusations, I am of the view that if the same situation so persists presently, the petitioner would file a fresh representation before the concerned police station. The Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station will consider the fresh representation in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 1620 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
