1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 13 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

2. In view of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice upon the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 13 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible as the business of the learned Court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. C.O. 250 of 2026 stands disposed of.
