This review application has been filed to review the judgment and order dated 21.12.2022. From the memorandum of grounds, we find that the attempt of the petitioner is to re-argue the matter, which is impermissible in exercise of review jurisdiction. Furthermore, we find that there is no error of law, which is apparent on the face of the judgment and order, justifying or warranting invoking the review jurisdiction.

In the result, the application for review stands dismissed.

The learned advocate for the review applicant sought for extension of time for filing the appeal before the appellate authority in terms of the order dated 21.12.2022. Time for preferring the appeal before the first

appellate authority is extended for a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order and if the appeal is filed within the said period, the appellate authority shall not reject the appeal on the ground of limitation and consider the same on merits and in accordance with law subject to fulfillment of other statutory conditions.
