1. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for installing of a high tension transformer at a particular locality.

2. These issues are to be dealt with by the authorities concerned and the Court cannot decide as to whether the high voltage transformer has to be installed.

3. Therefore, relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
