On a perusal of the report I find that the grievances of the petitioner had been identified and redressed by Life Insurance Corporation of India(for short, "LICI"). Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition save and except directing the LICI to act in terms of the report filed by them.

The writ petition stands accordingly disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
