It is further submitted that the construction, as alleged by the petitioner, has in fact been found to be unauthorized. Steps under Section 177(1) of the Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 have been initiated.

In the above circumstances, CPAN 68 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
