None appears on behalf of appellants. Same situation prevailed on 7th July, 2021, when following order was made.

"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Reported defect is difference in date of appellate decree from the judgment as appearing in the certified copies. This defect need not detain moving of the appeal for admission since rule 7 in order 20, Code of Civil Procedure provides for date of decree to be the date when judgment was pronounced. However, none appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order. In event appellants continue to go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting dated 5th August, 2021 says, the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. We are convinced appellants have lost interest. SAT 97 of 2001 is dismissed.
