1. This matter has been listed under the caption "To Be Mentioned". It is pointed that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated 21st April, 2023, namely, the name of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, form number in paragraph no.2 and two dates in paragraph nos.2 and 4. The same shall be corrected by reflecting the correct name of the counsel as Himangshu Kr. Ray instead of Himagshu Kr. Ray, the Form GSTDRC-01A instead of GSTDRC-01 and the dates in paragraph nos.2 and 3 as 24.01.2023 and 21.11.2022 instead of 23.01.2022 and 21.09.2022 respectively.

2. This order shall form part of the order dated 21st April, 2023.
