For the Petitioner Mr. Nirmalya Biswas Mostafijur Rahaman .... For the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are several disputes, both civil and criminal pending between the parties. The petitioner lodged complaint alleging offence under the POCSO Act by the accused against the minor daughter of the petitioner which has been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress. Due to long standing dispute between the parties, the accused are threatening and disturbing the petitioner and her minor daughter with dire consequences.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the learned Magistrate under the Witness Protection Scheme.

In the meantime, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility. The police shall render necessary assistance/protection to the petitioner and her minor daughter as and when sought. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
