The order dated 19.02.2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the order dated 19.02.2024, in the array of advocates "Ms. Indumouli Banerjee" shall be included as having appeared for the State along with Mr. Anand Farmania.

In the last line of the third paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "15th May, 2022" shall stand corrected and be read as "15th March, 2022". 4.

After the last line of the fifth paragraph of the second page of the said order, following sentence shall be added:

"The entire process shall be completed offline".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 19.02.2024.

6.

The other parts of the order dated 19.02.2024 shall remain unaltered.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
