Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits on instruction that the case was pending before the learned Judge, Special(CBI) Court No.2, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta being Special Case No.1 of 2016 is ended in acquittal. Thus the instant criminal revisional application is become infructuous. So he prayed for necessary order.
Heard the learned advocate it appears that the petitioner is the wife of the principal accused who died during the pendency of the trial and consequently the petitioner is being wife of the petitioner acquitted from the case being Special Case No.1 of 2016 pending before the Learned Special Court. At this juncture the proceeding of the instant criminal revision is become infructuous. Thus, the instant revisional application is disposed of as infouctuous.
