1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner claims that the private respondent, Prodhan, namely, Nantu Dolai, is obstructing the petitioner from using his property.

3. The report of the police indicates that there are certain occupants on the petitioner's property, who have objected to the electric poles being installed on the portions being occupied by them.

4. The status of the occupation cannot be determined by a Writ Court or the police.

5. The petitioner may move before civil or statutory authority to seek remedy.

6. Kharagpur (Local) Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
