Considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated September 22, 2021 passed in CRM 5775 of 2021 and considering the fact that the petitioners are implicated in the dying declaration, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
