Mr. Banerjee submits that in view of the judgement and order of the Supreme Court in [Writ Petition ( C ) No. 116 of 2019(Forum for People's Collective

Efforts (FPCE) and Anr. Vs. The State of West Bengal and Anr.] dated 4th May, 2021, the impugned order is no longer operative and hence the appeal has become infructuous. He urges the court to dispose of these appeals on the basis of observations accepting those submissions.

The above submissions are accepted.
