1. We have considered the materials on record.

2. Thirty pieces of Fake Indian Currency Note (FICNs) denomination of Rs.500/- each were recovered from the petitioner.

2. He does not stand on the same footing with the coaccuseds who are on bail as no FICNs was recovered from them.

3. In view of the materials on record and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
