From the record, it appears that by the order dated 15.03.2022, Second Appeal being No. SA 95 of 2015 was disposed of in terms of compromise between the parities. But decree was not drawn up.

Pursuant to the provision of Order XX Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, Hon'ble Chief Justice assigned this matter to this Bench for passing necessary order for drawing and signing the decree. 3.
