Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as learned advocate for the private opposite party no.2 is present. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the investigation of the case ended in a final report and learned Magistrate subsequently allowed the prayer under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the same, the contentions advanced in the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 160 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
