The prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Though it has been submitted that the application for transfer was duly submitted in the office of the Board, but there is no evidence on record

evidencing the fact of submission of the said application.

In view of the above, it will be open for the petitioner to make appropriate application for transfer. In the event the same is made, the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of ninety days from the date of submission of the application seeking transfer.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
