Cancellation is sought for on the ground that there is delay in commencement of trial. More than eight years have lapsed since grant of bail and six years have passed since the prayer for cancellation has been preferred before this Court. At such belated juncture, we find no reason to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no. 2.
