Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved 15.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.762 Rakib by the noncompliance of the order passed by SDO, Chanchal, Malda. Petitioner claims that there was a direction upon the police authorities on 19.08.2014 however, the same has not been complied with. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Kazi Sajjad Alam, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the nature of the representation and I find that the same was addressed to the police authorities on 15.01.2024. Having regard to the fact that more than one and half years have passed since the representation was filed before the police authorities, I am of the view that in case the same inconvenience is faced, a fresh representation be sent to the police authorities who would consider the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 1543 of 2024 is disposed of.
