1. By order dated February 27, 2025, this Court opined that it will be better if the writ petition is heard by the Division Bench dealing with criminal matters and therefore, the writ petition was released from the list and papers were directed to be placed before the Chief Justice for appropriate order.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated March 1, 2025 stating that the petitioner has received information from the respondent authorities that some steps are already being taken and they are considering the prayer made by the petitioner, which will take some time. Therefore, the writ petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

3. The letter given by the petitioner to the learned dated March 1, 2025 is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
