1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is the widowed daughter of a deceased secondary school teacher. She seeks family pension. A representation from the petitioner is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools, Purba Medinipur.

3. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools, Purba Medinipur being the respondent no. 4 herein to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 20th November, 2025 annexed at Page- 18 of the writ petition in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
