1. Mr. Debabrata Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that upon the order dated September 3, 2025 being passed by this Court, the respondent No.6 has uploaded the correct death certificate of Bhakti Bhusan Ghosh @ Bhakti Ghosh who died on April 14, 2007 on the "Janma Mrityu Tathya Portal".

2. He submits that the incorrect death certificate which had earlier been uploaded is still showing on the portal.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State hands up a copy of the letter dated September 10, 2025 issued to him by the Block Medical Officer of Health thereby informing him that the rectified death certificate has

been uploaded. Let the same be kept with the record. It is submitted that steps will be taken to remove the incorrect death certificate that is still showing on the relevant portal.

4. In such view of the matter, WPA 1809 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.6 to delete or remove the incorrect death certificate of the said Bhakti Bhusan Ghosh @ Bhakti Ghosh (since deceased) from the said Janma Mrityu Tathya Portal while keeping the correct certificate that has been uploaded on the said portal intact.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
