(Via Video Conference) Initially the writ petition was moved on 20th February, 2009 but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, again the matter was listed on 8th July, 2010 but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter again listed on 10.10.2012 and the learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for adjournment accordingly the case was adjourned till reopening of Court after the Puja Vacation. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but on call none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was listed today none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It reveals from record, the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 463 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
