The allegation in the present public interest petition is that though there are several criminal cases registered against the respondent no.7, while he was working as Headmaster of Kuli Chowrasta Sadharan Vidyapith (H.S.), but ignoring the same, the respondent no.7 has been nominated as President of the Managing Committee of the said Vidyapith.

Learned counsel for the State though has submitted that it is not a public interest petition but has fairly stated that since the petitioners are the guardians of the wards studying in the school, therefore, the grievance raised by the petitioners can be duly considered by the respondent no.4 i.e.

Commissioner of School Education if appropriate representation is submitted before the said respondent.

Having regard to the above submission, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to file the appropriate representation before the respondent no.4, who, on receipt of the same, will give an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties and will take a decision on the representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
