The petitioner seeks transfer. His application for transfer is pending consideration before the Chairman, Bankura District Primary School Council.

Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by the directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 5.

If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer.

Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Writ petition stands disposed.

9.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
