Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the FSL Report/Chemical Examiner's Report has already received and some time is required to file the charge-sheet. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the bail application is pending for a considerable period of time. Having considered that the subject matter of the case relates to alleged recovery of 21.930 kgs of ganja, I direct the learned Special Court that immediately after submission of the charge-sheet the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Court deems fit and proper for ensuring further appearance of the petitioner in course of the trial. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 170 of 2026 is disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
