Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the report. Report gives rise to serious doubts with regard to the authenticity of the Voter's Identity Card.

Under such circumstances and in view of nature of accusation that the petitioner is a foreign national, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
