Learned counsel for the substituted appellants, namely Maya Chatterjee, Tanuja Ganguly, Shelley Bhattacharya, Dola Chattopadhyay, submits that his clients do not wish to press the appeal any further. The written instructions dated 6th September, 2023 of the substituted appellants addressed to their counsel is taken on record. 2.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. 3.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

In view of the above, connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
