Ray ...for the WBSETCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of his representation dated December 04, 2020 addressed to the District Magistrate. In view of the nature of dispute raised by the parties I am of the view that the District Magistrate, being respondent no. 4 herein is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other affected parties. It is made clear that nothing in this writ petition in so far as the merits of the case are concerned would be binding upon the respondent no. 4 in considering the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA No. 1949 of 2021 stands disposed of.
