Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated November 29, 2021, the police filed charge sheet. He submits that merely a weighing machine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is of no consequence. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. There is hardly any change of circumstance subsequent to the earlier order dated November 29, 2021. The involvement of the petitioner was discussed in the order dated November 29, 2021. We find no reason to revisit such discussions. The petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 128 of 2022 is dismissed.
