Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in connection with Misc. Execution Case No. 52 of 2021 and Misc.

Execution Case No.

of 2022, the wife/petitioner has received a paltry sum towards the arrears which have accumulated in Misc. Execution Case No. 52 of 2021. The learned advocate submits that majority of the amount has been paid, but so far as the Misc. Execution Case No. 100 of 2022 is concerned, out of a sum of Rs.60,000/-, only Rs.5,000/- has been paid.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24Parganas is directed that in four equal instalments, within a period of six months, the whole of the amount in Misc. Execution Case No. 100 of 2022 be directed to be liquidated by the husband/opposite party no.2 herein;

in the alternative, harsher process of law be invoked against him. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 228 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
