The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the Annulment Case filed by the petitioner in 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that an appropriate order may be passed and suggests three months.

WPA 1952 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2 being the SubDivisional Officer, Jangipur, Murshidabad to hear and dispose of the Annulment Case being No. 59/XIII/2017 within a period of three months from date as suggested by learned counsel appearing for the State.
