3. The singular prayer advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already filed a review petition against the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in O.A. No.977 of 2025, which is pending consideration and, therefore, learned Tribunal may be directed to decide this review petition as expeditiously as possible. The other side has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by requesting the learned Tribunal to decide the said review petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within 30 days.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
