Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of MAT 2618 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

It appears that the case is pending since 2022. The learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. CRR 345 of 2025 is disposed of.
