1. The present appeal arises out of an interim order, which thereafter has emerged in the final order pending consideration before this Court in F.M.A. 386 of 2026. Since all issues can be considered in F.M.A. 386 of 2026, multiplicity of proceeding is unwarranted.

2. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
