C.R.M. 745 of 2021 This is an application for cancellation of bail. The ground for cancellation is that the private opposite party is not complying with the order dated January 17, 2020 where the private opposite party was required to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month.

It is admitted at the bar that the private opposite party is upto date so far as compliance with the order dated January 17, 2022 is concerned, as on date.

State and the private opposite party are represented. Since, there is no default on payment in terms of the order dated January 17, 2020, as on date, we are not minded to allow the prayer for cancellation of bail. It is, however, clarified that in the event of future default, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto.

In Re: CRM 4275 of 2018 and CRM 4276 of 2018 In two disposed of applications for cancellation of bail being CRM 4275 of 2018 and CRM 4276 of 2018, the private opposite party applied for relaxation of the condition of bail. Learned advocate appearing for the private opposite party submits that, she is not pressing the application for relaxation of condition of bail.

In such circumstances, all applications made in CRM 4275 of 2018 and CRM 4276 of 2018 are disposed of as 'not pressed'.
